Hi Gang !
Now that you guys and gals will be trading the TropicalStorm v2.0 expert advisor on your own, we would like to give you some info about the actual EA.
We built this system from the ground up almost five years ago. We traded it manually for 4+ years until it was coded by Nick Bilak in August 2008.
Although the meat and pototoes of the systems is buried into the EA code, you can however play around with some things.
1. When you get more in tune with EA, you can change the size on some pairs, or drop some pairs that you do not like to trade. If we notice a pair weighing us down, we cut her loose. You will be notified if we do.
2. Some times when we have a real strong start to the day, we book our profits and shut EA down.
3. The EA is a grind system that usually finds her way to profit and that is why we measure her worth by the month. If you are looking for big fast pips (which do not exist) the new TropicalStorm v2.0 is not for you.
4. Please be mindful of your size ! I can not tell you how many people moan and groan about a draw down day or two. First thing I always ask is "what size you using" and that is where most problems start.
5. We set our timeframe trading from 1am-12pm eastern us timezone. We want movement and these times offer the best possibility to profit. Nothing says you can't trade outside these times or just run a few pairs during an active asian session.
6. If you are trading a live account with real money, you should have a VPS.

"3. The EA is a grind system..." I assume you meant a grid system? Otherwise what exactly is a grind system?
